WHAT ~ WHERE ~ WHO?

One night a month sophisticated foodies gather for pure culinary magic at an undisclosed location.
Come and join for a secret feast organized by a Traveling Chef who started her career as an Oyster chucker & Lobster/Crab chef in New Jersey. Then moved on to create fusion dishes for the local Greeks in Rhodes and the island of Tenerife, south of Spain.

After this wild adventure moved on to the West Coast of the USA where 'The After Morning Catering Company' created luscious breakfasts for steamy couples and home alone house wives. But this was not enough yet... the Shamaan who studied in a local Monastry in the South of Holland got a taste of her vegan culinary creations for about a year.

Still roaming the world the Traveling Chef moves underground in Joburg to meet a whole new crowd who appreciates her creativity from countries all over the world. She uses fusion inspiration from the 6 countries and the 4 continents she has lived in so far.

Cooking sustainable and with local & organic ingredients and recipes from Woolies TASTE magazine she will create once a month a 3-course meal that is fresh, fusion and fantastic!

BYOB and meet other foodies like yourself who are interested in great meals without going to a restaurant!
Instead meet new people in a cozy environment of a living room and dine on one big table together.

WHAT : 3-COURSE DINNER with recipes made from TASTE Magazine of DEC/JAN.

WHEN : Every 3rd SATURDAY of the month = January 22nd, 2011

WHAT TIME : 7:30 pm - till last guest leaves.

RULES: BYOB = Bring Your Own Booze ~ Donation: R250 on arrival (only cash)

TABLE ETIQUETTE: Use your common sense, enjoy food & company!
No religion or politics are discussed, all other topics are up to your imagination!

Full = Full means that we can only host 8 people at one time!
